Overview
Pedros is expanding its operational and distribution teams and is looking for motivated individuals to support warehouse operations, logistics, administration, fleet management, maintenance, finance, auditing and supply chain functions.
Successful candidates will join a dynamic environment focused on operational excellence, customer service, safety, efficiency and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Depending on the position, duties may include:
โข Warehouse receiving and dispatch operations
โข Forklift operation and stock movement
โข Logistics administration and coordination
โข Fleet and vehicle management
โข Reception and office administration
โข Internal auditing and compliance
โข Loss prevention and investigations
โข Maintenance planning and supervision
โข Supply chain and commercial management
โข Utility and boiler operations
โข Process improvement and operational efficiency projects
โข Inventory management and reporting
โข Supplier and stakeholder coordination
โข Financial analysis and business support
Minimum Requirements
Requirements vary by position but may include:
โข Grade 12 / Matric
โข Relevant Diploma or Degree (for specialist and management roles)
โข Warehouse, logistics or distribution experience
โข Administrative and computer skills
โข Microsoft Office proficiency
โข Valid driver’s licence (where required)
โข Forklift licence (for Forklift Driver positions)
โข Strong communication skills
โข Attention to detail
โข Ability to work under pressure
โข Teamwork and problem-solving skills
โข Relevant industry certifications (where applicable)
