Overview
Bestmed Medical Scheme is looking for a reliable and experienced Driver and Handyman to join their team in Faerie Glen.
This role combines transportation duties with handyman and maintenance responsibilities to support the smooth daily operations of the business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for safe deliveries and collections, basic repairs, maintenance work, purchasing supplies, and maintaining company vehicles.

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
- Valid Code 10 Driverโs Licence
- Valid PDP (Professional Driving Permit)
- Minimum 5 years driving experience
- Minimum 5 years handyman experience
Key Responsibilities
Driving Duties
-Conduct deliveries and collections for internal and external stakeholders
-Transport documents, equipment, materials, and supplies safely
-Ensure timely and efficient deliveries
Handyman & Maintenance Duties
-Perform general maintenance and repair tasks
-Conduct inspections and troubleshooting
-Assist with equipment selection and maintenance
-Carry out ad-hoc maintenance tasks as required
Vehicle & Administrative Duties
-Maintain company vehicle in good condition
-Ensure vehicle inspections and servicing are completed
-Purchase supplies when required
-Complete delivery and maintenance administration
