Overview

Fidelity Services Group is seeking qualified and responsible CIT (Cash-in-Transit) Drivers to join our teams in Rustenburg, George, and Port Shepstone. These roles require detail-oriented individuals with strong communication skills and a commitment to safety. The successful candidates will be responsible for the secure transportation of consignments and will play key roles in maintaining operational security and efficiency across our different locations.

Responsibilities

-Take full responsibility and accountability for the company vehicle, including reporting mechanical faults, refueling, and operating security systems.

-Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle.

-Drive the CPS vehicle safely and responsibly.

-Prevent accidents and report any incidents immediately.

  • Assist the crew with loading and unloading consignments.
  • Maintain constant radio contact with the base.
  • Participate in security drills and maintain a high level of security awareness.
  • Take preventive actions against suspicious activities.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, staff, and management.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: Matric Certificate or equivalent.
  • Licenses:
    • Valid Code 10 (C1) Driverโ€™s License.
    • Public Driverโ€™s Permit (PDP).
  • Certification:
    • Accredited by PSIRA with at least Grade C.
    • Training in handgun, shotgun, and rifle is advantageous.
    • CIT Training and Advanced Driving Course are preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of two years of experience in the security industry or a similar role.
    • Minimum of two years of driving experience.
  • Additional Requirements:
    • No criminal record.
    • Willingness to work regular overtime.
