Overview
Outdoor Warehouse is looking for energetic and customer-focused Flexi Shop Assistants to join the Centurion store team.
This part-time opportunity is ideal for students or individuals seeking flexible retail work during weekends, public holidays, and school holidays. Successful candidates will assist with sales, customer service, merchandising, and store operations while gaining valuable retail experience in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
– Assist customers with product information and excellent service.
– Support sales generation and customer engagement activities.
– Operate as a Sales Assistant or Cashier when required.
– Assist with merchandising and maintaining attractive product displays.
– Handle basic administrative and store support duties.
– Help protect company assets and follow store procedures.
– Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the store environment.
– Support overall store operations during busy trading periods.
Requirements & Skills
-Currently completing or already completed Matric / Grade 12, N3, or NQF Level 4 qualification.
-Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
-Interest in outdoor, sporting, or leisure-related products will be advantageous.
-Strong customer service and sales-oriented mindset.
-Friendly, energetic, and professional attitude.
-Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and school holidays.
-Willingness to work flexible retail hours.
-Ability to work well within a team environment.
Working Hours
-Part-time role averaging approximately 10 hours per week.
-Most shifts will be scheduled during weekends and public holidays.
