Overview
Outdoor Warehouse is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Cashiers to join the Parklands store team.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are passionate about retail, customer service, and outdoor or leisure-related products. Successful candidates will receive training and development support while working in a fast-paced retail environment focused on delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
– Assist customers professionally and provide excellent customer service.
– Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
– Generate sales and support store sales targets.
– Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards within the store.
– Protect company assets and follow store procedures.
– Assist with basic administrative duties when required.
– Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
– Support overall store operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements & Skills
-Completed Matric / Grade 12, N3, or NQF Level 4 qualification.
-Minimum of 1 year retail sales experience.
-Proven ability to generate sales and assist customers effectively.
-Interest in outdoor, sporting, or leisure-related products will be advantageous.
-Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
-Good customer service and teamwork abilities.
-Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
-Ability to work retail hours, including Sundays and public holidays when required.
