Foschini, part of TFG, is calling on young South Africans aged 18โ€“28 who want an opportunity to gain valuable first-time workplace experience.

Through the YES Youth Opportunity Programme, successful applicants will get an opportunity to experience an exciting retail working environment while developing valuable skills.

  • Western Cape
  • North West
  • Northern Cape

Minimum Requirements

You might just get a YES from Foschini if you meet the following criteria:

  • You are between 18 and 28 years old.
  • You have Matric โ€“ preferable.
  • You are available and willing to work a fixed-term 12-month contract.
  • You have not been permanently employed continuously by a single employer for more than 1 year.
  • You will not be studying full-time during April 2026 โ€“ March 2027.
  • You have not previously participated in or registered on the YES Programme.
  • You can arrange and pay for your own accommodation and transportation where applicable.

No Experience Required

Previous work experience is not required.

The programme is designed to give young people an opportunity to enter the workplace, receive training and develop practical retail experience.
