Totalsports, part of TFG, is offering young South Africans an opportunity to enter the job market and gain their first working experience through the YES Youth Opportunity Programme.

If you are interested in retail and want an opportunity to develop workplace skills, this programme could be for you. Previous work experience is not required.

  • Limpopo
  • Free State
  • Western Cape
  • North West
  • Northern Cape

Minimum Requirements

Tick the boxes below and you might just get a YES from Totalsports!

Applicants should:

  • Be aged 18 to 28 years.
  • Have Matric โ€“ preferable.
  • Be available for a fixed-term 12-month contract.
  • Not have been permanently employed by one employer continuously for more than 1 year.
  • Not be studying full-time during April 2026 โ€“ March 2027.
  • Never have participated in or been registered on the YES Programme before.
  • Cover their own accommodation and transportation costs where applicable.

No Experience Required

You do not need previous retail or work experience to apply. Successful candidates will receive training and practical workplace exposure.
