Overview
A hospitality establishment is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join their team as Front of House Staff (Hostess & Waiters). This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with people and delivering exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
– Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
– Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
– Serve food and beverages to guests
– Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas
– Assist with table setup and clearing
– Handle customer queries and ensure satisfaction
– Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements & Skills
- Grade 10 / Grade 12 (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, presentable, and customer-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not required
