Overview
VKB Group is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Fuel Attendant to join their VKB Fuels team in Frankfort. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with customers, handling transactions, and ensuring safe and efficient service at a fuel station.
Key Responsibilities
– Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers
– Dispense the correct fuel as requested by customers
– Handle cash and card transactions accurately
– Balance fuel sales and complete end-of-shift reconciliations
– Identify and resolve discrepancies in transactions
– Maintain cleanliness of the forecourt and work area
– Assist customers with basic vehicle-related needs
– Ensure compliance with all safety and operational procedures
Requirements & Skills
- Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
- Good numerical and cash handling skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Team player with problem-solving ability
- Clear criminal record
