Overview

Ster-Kinekor Theatres Pty Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Multi Skilled Employees to join the team at Rosebank – The Zone.

The successful candidate will assist in different cinema operations including cashier duties, food and beverage preparation, guest service, collections, and general cinema support to ensure an outstanding entertainment experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

– Assist as a cashier at Box Office, Catering Sales, or Collections when required.
– Prepare popcorn, slush, and other food items according to company quality standards.
– Provide excellent customer service and assist guests professionally.
– Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, counters, storerooms, and cinema facilities.
– Ensure products are properly packaged, sealed, and stored.
– Assist with merchandising, displays, posters, and promotional material updates.
– Monitor and maintain hygiene, safety, and presentation standards.
– Support shift preparation and daily cinema operations.
– Upsell cinema products, promotions, and services to customers.

Requirements & Skills

-Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
-0–1 year experience in a similar customer service or retail role.
-Basic computer literacy and MS Office knowledge.
-Knowledge of VISTA/MYCC systems will be advantageous.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Good organisational and interpersonal skills.
-Professional appearance and positive attitude.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Team player with strong customer service focus.
