Premier FMCG is looking for a General Worker Picker to join their warehouse team in Lords View.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals with warehouse experience who are detail-oriented, hardworking, and target-driven. The role focuses on ensuring that products are accurately picked, staged, and prepared for dispatch in line with company standards.
Working in a fast-paced FMCG environment, you will play a key role in ensuring customers receive the correct products on time.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
- 1โ2 yearsโ experience in a warehouse environment
Key Responsibilities
-Accurate picking of stock according to picking slips
-Staging products in the checking lane
-Sealing and wrapping products after verification
-Maintaining safe working practices at all times
-Ensuring cleanliness and proper housekeeping
-Following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Required Skills & Competencies
-Ability to work well in a team
-Good communication skills
-Ability to work under pressure
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-Basic numerical ability
-Self-motivated and reliable
-Knowledge of warehouse equipment (advantage)
-Sense of urgency and accountability
-Willingness to continuously improve

-Willing to work weekends and public holidays when required
