Overview

CTP Flexibles, part of Caxton & CTP Publishers and Printers Limited, is recruiting 3 General Workers to join its production team in Cape Town. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are hardworking, reliable, and eager to build a career in the manufacturing and printing industry.

Key Responsibilities

– Support daily production and manufacturing operations.

– Assist with general factory duties as assigned.

– Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.

– Follow production procedures and quality standards.

– Work efficiently as part of a production team.

– Comply with workplace health and safety regulations.

– Perform additional production-related duties when required.

Entry Requirements

• Grade 10 minimum qualification or
• At least 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing or printing environment.
• Willingness to work shifts.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Good visual perception and colour vision.
• Problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
