Overview
Orion Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced Night Receptionist to join its hotel and conference centre in Rustenburg. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused hospitality professional who enjoys working night shifts and delivering exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities
– Welcome and assist guests during night shifts.
– Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
– Handle hotel reservations and booking enquiries.
– Operate the Protel or Opera hotel management system.
– Respond professionally to guest requests and resolve enquiries.
– Ensure accurate record-keeping and reception administration.
– Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a welcoming environment.
Entry Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Reception and Reservations within the hospitality industry.
- Experience using Protel or Opera hotel booking systems.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and friendly personality.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
