Overview

Blueion Support Services is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Call Centre Agents to join its Customer Service team. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates looking to gain valuable workplace experience in the call centre industry. No previous experience is required, as successful candidates will receive the training and support needed to build a successful career in customer service.

Key Responsibilities

– Handle customer enquiries professionally over the phone.

– Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.

– Communicate clearly and effectively with customers.

– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

– Follow company procedures and customer service standards.

– Work as part of a team to achieve service goals.

– Continuously develop product knowledge and customer service skills.

Entry Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Completed NQF Level 6 qualification.
• No previous work experience required.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Strong telephone etiquette.
• Passion for customer service and the call centre industry.
