Overview
The VKB Group is recruiting 4 General Workers to join its retail operations across multiple branches. This opportunity is ideal for hardworking individuals who are physically fit and eager to build a career in the agricultural retail sector. Successful candidates will assist with stock handling, housekeeping, customer service, and general operational duties to support the smooth running of the retail branch.
Key Responsibilities
– Load and offload stock safely and efficiently.
– Assist customers and suppliers with stock handling.
– Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
– Perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties.
– Assist with stock control and inventory-related tasks.
– Carry out general manual labour as required.
– Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors.
– Deliver excellent customer service while following company procedures.
Entry Requirements
- Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 qualification.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour.
- Willingness to work in a retail and warehouse environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Customer service orientation.
