Overview:
Lodges of Botswana is currently seeking experienced and dedicated Housekeepers to join its hospitality team. The ideal candidates will maintain the highest cleanliness standards across guest rooms, lodge facilities, and public areas, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that delivers premium guest experiences in a serene lodge setting.

Key Responsibilities:

-Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, public areas, and lodge facilities to high standards.

-Replenish guest amenities, towels, and linens neatly and promptly.

-Perform laundry tasks, including washing, ironing, and folding of linens and uniforms.

-Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department.

-Adhere to eco-friendly cleaning practices in line with the lodgeโ€™s sustainability objectives.

-Assist in setting up special lodge experiences such as bush dinners and private guest events.

-Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction during their stay.

Requirements:

-Previous experience as a Housekeeper in a lodge, hotel, or similar hospitality environment.

-Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.

-Good organizational and time management skills.

-Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

-Friendly and professional demeanor with a high level of integrity.

-Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
