Overview

This learnership is designed to provide young professionals with practical exposure to banking operations while enhancing their service, communication, and problem-solving skills within a call center environment. Key Responsibilities
-Understand the full value chain of the Voice Branch (Call Center operations).
-Build and apply strong communication and customer service skills.
-Analyse and process client information efficiently.
-Resolve client inquiries professionally and promptly.
-Develop a solid understanding of banking regulations and financial systems.
-Apply appropriate telephone and email etiquette in all client interactions.
-Build effective client relationships to improve service delivery.
-Maintain high standards of professionalism in all correspondence and communication.
Minimum Requirements
–Completed undergraduate qualification (in any discipline).
–South African citizen.
-Aged between 18 and 30 years.
-Effective verbal and written communication skills.
-Willingness to learn and grow within a corporate, client-focused environment.
