Overview
Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is inviting applications from suitably qualified individuals to participate in the Manufacturing Learnership Programme. The learnership is based in the Production Department at the Grabouw facility and offers a valuable opportunity to pursue a National Certificate in Food and Beverage Packaging (NQF Level 3).
This programme aims to develop learners by equipping them with industry-relevant skills in the beverage manufacturing and FMCG sector, promoting future mobility and career growth.
Key Responsibilities
-Enroll and participate in structured learning and workplace experience in the field of food and beverage packaging
-Demonstrate a proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a production environment
-Collaborate effectively with team members and support workplace operations
-Maintain focus and accuracy while performing tasks in a high-paced setting
Requirements and Skills
Minimum Qualifications:
- Grade 12/Matric with:
- Mathematics at a minimum of 40%
- Physical Science at a minimum of 50%
Additional Criteria:
-Must be a South African citizen
-Must be between the ages of 18 and 35
-Must be unemployed at the time of appointment
-Must not have completed the same qualification or learnership at another company or institution
-N5/N6 in a related field will be an added advantage
-Preference will be given to candidates from Employment Equity groups
