Overview

New Era College, through its School of Telecommunication Engineering, invites applications from qualified and experienced individuals for seven (7) Telecommunications Lecturer positions. The successful candidates will contribute to academic excellence through teaching and mentorship in the field of Telecommunications Engineering.

Qualifications Required

  • Masterโ€™s or PhD in Information Systems or a related field from a recognized university.

Experience & Competencies

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant teaching experience at a tertiary education level.
  • Ability to teach a selection of the following modules:
    • Radio Systems
    • Software Engineering Principles
    • Network Planning and Optimization
    • Fundamentals of Electronic Communication
    • Electrical Machines and Electrical Measurements
    • ICT System Integration and Management
    • Antenna and Propagation
    • Electricity and Magnetism

    • Advanced Telecommunications
    • Computer Security
    • Engineering Science
    • Engineering Drawing
