Position 10: Handy Man / Messenger

Overview:
Panel Built is looking for a reliable Handy Man / Messenger to support day-to-day maintenance tasks and internal delivery services. This role is ideal for someone versatile, practical, and dedicated to general upkeep and smooth internal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

-Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs around company premises.

-Deliver documents and parcels internally and externally.

-Conduct errands as required by management.

-Assist in setting up equipment or furniture when needed.

-Report any significant maintenance issues.

-Ensure tools and equipment are safely stored and maintained.

Requirements and Skills:

• General handyman or maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, or carpentry is a plus.
• Good physical condition and ability to perform manual tasks.
• Honest, dependable, and proactive in problem-solving.
