Overview
Etv based in Gauteng is currently looking for a professional and organised Receptionist to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling front desk operations, assisting visitors, managing calls, and supporting office administration functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, strong administrative abilities, and a professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities
– Answer incoming telephone calls and transfer calls to the correct departments or staff members.
– Take and relay messages accurately and professionally.
– Receive deliveries and ensure items are directed to the correct person or department.
– Assist clients and visitors with information and direct them appropriately.
– Greet walk-in clients and visitors professionally.
– Ensure invoices are signed and submitted to the accounts department.
– Assist drivers and generator operators with monthly claim sheets.
– Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager when required.
– Perform additional office administration duties as requested.
Requirements & Skills
-Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
-National Diploma in Office Management will be advantageous.
-Minimum of 2 yearsโ experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role.
-Good verbal and written communication skills.
-Professional telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
-Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
-Attention to detail and accuracy.
-Ability to work independently and under pressure.
-Basic computer and office administration skills.
