Overview

Essential Health Pharmacy is hiring 9 Retail Assistants / Cashiers across multiple Western Cape locations. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service, retail operations, and maintaining high store standards within a pharmacy environment.

Key Responsibilities

– Provide friendly and professional customer service on the shop floor and at tills

– Assist customers with product queries and recommendations

– Process transactions accurately and handle cash responsibly

– Monitor stock levels and assist with stock management processes

– Maintain store cleanliness, organisation, and merchandising standards

– Ensure accuracy in all transactions to minimise losses and shrinkage

– Uphold honesty, vigilance, and professionalism in daily duties

• Grade 12 (Matric)
