@home is looking for a passionate and style-driven Sales Associate to join the team at Ballito Junction. If you love transforming living spaces, from elegant kitchenware to comfortable bedroom essentials, and enjoy delivering exceptional customer service, this opportunity is for you.
As a Sales Associate, you will represent the @home brand by creating a welcoming and inspiring shopping experience while driving sales and maintaining beautiful store presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
-Act as a brand ambassador and create a warm, welcoming environment for customers
-Assist customers in selecting products that enhance their living spaces
-Drive sales by meeting and exceeding performance targets
-Identify new sales opportunities and maximize revenue
-Ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing at all times
-Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
-Handle customer queries and resolve challenges effectively
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Previous retail sales experience
- Hospitality experience will be advantageous

- Strong selling ability and customer service orientation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to take initiative
