Sportscene is seeking a Sales Associate to join its Victoria Wharf Waterfront store. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about retail, streetwear culture, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador and deliver outstanding customer service
- Exceed customer expectations by identifying needs and offering suitable solutions
- Track and achieve individual sales targets
- Actively seek opportunities to drive new sales
- Maintain knowledge of current fashion, dรฉcor, and lifestyle trends
- Replenish stock and ensure the store is customer-ready at all times
- Assist with maintaining visual merchandising standards
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
