Key Responsibilities
-Provide excellent customer service and act as a Clicks brand ambassador
-Execute all point-of-sale (POS) duties efficiently and accurately
-Process payments, handle cash safely, and action Clicks ClubCard rewards
-Promote store deals and assist customers with product information
-Maintain merchandising, replenishment, and housekeeping standards
-Support stock management procedures and minimise losses
-Stay updated on product ranges, promotions, events, and store policies
Minimum Requirements
–Grade 12 (Matric) โ Essential
-Experience in retail or customer-facing environments โ Advantageous
-Good communication, numeracy, and computer literacy skills
-Strong customer orientation and ability to work under pressure
-Ability to follow procedures and meet performance expectations
