Overview
SPCC is seeking a motivated and customer-focused P40 Shop Assistant to join their retail team. The role is focused on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and supporting daily operations to maximise sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
– Deliver friendly and professional customer service at all times
– Assist customers with product enquiries and purchases
– Ensure shelves are well-stocked, organised, and visually appealing
– Support store operations to meet sales targets
– Maintain cleanliness and order within the store environment
– Operate point-of-sale systems where required
– Follow company procedures and hospitality standards
Requirements & Skills
- Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent
- 1โ2 years retail experience
- Basic computer literacy
- Strong communication skills (English required; additional languages advantageous)
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
