Overview
Timberland is recruiting Shop Assistants to join their retail team across the Western Cape. This opportunity is ideal for energetic, customer-focused individuals who are passionate about sales, fashion, and delivering a premium in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities
– Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment
– Assist customers with product selection and provide accurate product knowledge
– Drive sales and contribute to achieving store targets
– Support store management with daily operations and merchandising
– Maintain store presentation standards and ensure displays are visually appealing
– Replenish stock and ensure products are correctly displayed
– Work during peak trading times, including weekends and holidays
– Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Requirements & Skills
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Positive attitude, energetic, and willing to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
- Bilingual skills advantageous
