Job Purpose

The successful candidate will:

• Lead civil teams during maintenance and construction tasks.
• Ensure work is completed effectively and efficiently.
• Supervise more than one Technical Worker team on site.

Qualifications

Applicants should have:

• Minimum Grade 10.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience as a General Worker (L2).
• Competency in the use of small/portable tools with a valid certificate.
• Ability to work at heights.
• Valid Training Certificate for Building Trades will be advantageous.

Knowledge & Skills

Candidates should have:

• Knowledge of Building Trades.
• Knowledge of different tools and equipment used in building trades.
• Knowledge of scaffolding.
• Physical fitness.
• Health and safety awareness.
• Good communication skills.
• Leadership abilities.
