Overview
We are looking for dedicated and proactive Supervisors to assist in managing daily operations and ensuring exceptional service at The Temple Lounge.
Responsibilities
-Supervise and coordinate team activities.
-Ensure staff adhere to company policies and maintain high service standards.
-Handle escalated customer issues promptly.
-Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies.
-Assist in staff training and development.
Requirements
-Previous experience in a supervisory role, ideally in hospitality.
-Strong leadership and multitasking skills.
-Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
-Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
-Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
