Overview
Core Group, the home of iStore and premium technology brands, is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join its fast-paced operations team. This role is essential for maintaining accurate stock control, supporting warehouse efficiency, and assisting with AppleCare-related processes across stores and service centres.
Key Responsibilities
– Pick, pack, issue, and manage stock accurately within the warehouse
– Participate in cycle counts and ensure alignment between physical and system stock
– Process stock returns, transfers, and related movements efficiently
– Maintain accuracy on documentation, manifests, and delivery records
– Support AppleCare administration including invoicing, credit notes, and parts issuing
– Assist internal teams with AppleCare-related queries and follow-ups
– Receive and process inbound shipments and manage stock allocations
– Handle faulty returns, documentation, and compliance requirements (including DGR)
– Work closely with Sales, Service, and Purchasing teams to support operations
– Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Requirements & Skills
- 2โ4 yearsโ experience in warehouse or distribution operations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with warehouse systems (Syspro, FM, GSX โ advantageous)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge of AppleCare processes and Dangerous Goods compliance (advantageous)
