Overview
VKB Group is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Picker to join the NTK Distribution Centre in Mokopane. This role plays a key part in warehouse operations, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and movement of stock to support efficient supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities
– Pick, check, and pack stock according to orders
– Receive incoming stock and assist with dispatch processes
– Ensure accurate stock control and inventory management
– Operate a forklift where required (if licensed)
– Handle and move stock safely, including manual lifting (up to 15kg)
– Maintain accuracy and efficiency in all warehouse tasks
– Ensure work areas are clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards
Requirements & Skills
- Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar warehouse role
- Forklift licence (advantageous)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good time management and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit for manual handling tasks
