Overview

MCE Electric is looking for organised and hardworking individuals to join the Warehouse Operations team as Warehouse Pickers.

The successful candidates will assist with picking, packing, receiving, shelving, and organising stock while supporting efficient warehouse operations in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

– Pick stock accurately according to order requirements.
– Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming stock deliveries.
– Shelve and organise products correctly within the warehouse.
– Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.
– Assist with stock rotation and inventory management activities.
– Support packing and distribution operations when required.
– Perform general warehouse duties to support daily operations.

Requirements & Skills

-Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate or equivalent (NQF 4).
-Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience will be advantageous.
-Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
-Ability to lift and move heavy stock when required.
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
-Good communication and teamwork skills.
-Reliable and able to follow operational procedures accurately.

Working Conditions

-Warehouse-based environment.
-Standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods may be required.
-Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
-Exposure to varying warehouse temperatures.
