Overview

VKB Group is looking for a detail-oriented and organised Admin Assistant to join the NTK Retail team in Vivo, Limpopo.

The successful candidate will assist with daily administrative duties, stock processing, invoicing, client service, petty cash control, and general office support within the agricultural retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

– Maintain accurate administrative records and filing systems.
– Process goods received vouchers (GRVs) and invoices.
– Assist with stock claims and stock control processes.
– Monitor deviation reports and issue GRVs for stock received.
– Assist during audit processes and administrative checks.
– Manage petty cash and support bank-related administration.
– Provide excellent customer and client service.
– Perform general office and retail administration duties.
– Minimise operational and administrative risks to the company.

Requirements & Skills

-Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 qualification.
-Experience within the agricultural industry will be advantageous.
-Computer literacy, especially MS Word and MS Excel.
-Strong numerical and administrative skills.
-High attention to detail and accuracy.
-Good communication and teamwork abilities.
-Ability to organise and plan effectively.
-Clear criminal record.
-Ability to work professionally under pressure.
