Overview

Managed People Solutions is inviting unemployed South African youth to apply for the Wholesale & Retail Operations Learnership Programme.

This opportunity allows candidates to gain valuable workplace experience while studying towards a National Certificate in Wholesale & Retail Operations (NQF Level 2). The programme combines practical on-the-job training with formal learning to help participants build a strong foundation for a future career in the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities

– Participate in workplace training and learning activities.

– Complete all learning modules and practical assessments successfully.

Requirements & Skills

-Must be between 18 and 28 years old.
-Matric / Grade 12 certificate required.
-No previous work experience required.
-Willingness to learn and grow within a professional environment.
-Good communication and teamwork skills.
-Motivated, reliable, and eager to build a career in retail.
-A valid driver’s licence will be advantageous but is not compulsory.
