Overview:
Panel Built is inviting applications for the role of General Workers to assist in various construction and site support tasks in Selebi Phikwe. This is a great opportunity for hardworking individuals who are willing to work in a physically demanding environment and contribute to successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist skilled workers on construction sites as directed.
-Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
-Perform general cleaning and maintenance of the site.
-Support in mixing, pouring, and spreading building materials.
-Operate basic hand tools and assist with manual labor tasks.
-Follow all safety procedures and wear protective gear.
Requirements and Skills:
- No formal qualification required; basic literacy will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in construction or manual labor is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to perform demanding tasks.
- Willingness to learn and take instructions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
