Job Title: Shelf Packers (5 Positions)
Overview:
Sefalana Cash & Carry is a leading distributor of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) in Botswana. We are seeking dynamic, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Shelf Packers at Shopper Quick Mmamasia, a filling station and convenience shop located in Gaborone.
Responsibilities:
-Ensure shelves are adequately stocked at all times.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of display areas.
-Assist in unpacking and sorting new inventory.
-Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
-Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Requirements:
-Botswana General Certificate in Secondary Education (BGCSE) or equivalent.
-At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
-Knowledge of product arrangement and inventory management processes.
-Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
