First Class Benefits (Pty) Ltd is seeking a mature, reliable and trustworthy individual to join the team as an Office Assistant responsible for cleaning, reception and administrative support duties.


Overview

The Office Assistant will support daily office operations by maintaining a clean working environment, welcoming clients, handling reception duties and assisting with administrative tasks. The role requires professionalism, confidentiality and the ability to multitask in a busy office setting.


Key Duties

  • Cleaning and maintaining the office environment
  • Welcoming clients and answering phone calls
  • Capturing loan applications and assisting with administrative work
  • Filing and organising documents

Minimum Requirements

  • Certificate in Administration, Business Studies or related field
  • Experience working as a cleaner or within an office environment
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, typing, etc.)
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Honest, reliable and able to handle confidential information
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
