Overview

First National Bank is recruiting a Community Advisor DHA for Fetakgomo.

Key Responsibilities

🤝 Customer Service & Support

• Deliver excellent customer service experiences
• Assist customers with banking enquiries and transactions
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Promote the FNB brand promise: “How can we help you?”

💳 Banking Products & Digital Services

• Identify opportunities to sell and cross-sell products
• Encourage customers to use digital and self-service channels
• Assist with customer migration to eChannels
• Support channel optimisation initiatives

📋 Compliance & Operations

• Follow company procedures and operational processes
• Adhere to Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles
• Maintain ethical conduct at all times
• Understand risks associated with banking decisions and processes

Minimum Requirements

• Customer service orientation
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work with customers professionally
• Understanding of digital banking services
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ethical and professional conduct
