Key Responsibilities

-Plan and produce top-tier business and economics news shows.

-Ensure content is balanced, diverse, and compliant with editorial policies.

-Lead programming design, digital promotion, and viewer engagement.

-Oversee all audiovisual quality control and live broadcast preparation.

-Manage budgets, rosters, and freelance payments.

Requirements and Skills

-Diploma or Degree (NQF6/7) in Journalism, Media Studies, or Communication.

-Minimum 6 years in economic broadcast journalism, including 3 years in editorial leadership.

-Strong command of language, excellent writing and news judgment.
