Overview

Pple Group is seeking professional and well-presented Buffet Waiters to join their hospitality team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in banqueting or events who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

– Serve food and beverages at buffet and banqueting events.
– Ensure guests receive prompt, friendly, and professional service.
– Set up and maintain buffet stations according to standards.
– Assist with clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness during events.
– Work closely with the food and beverage team to ensure smooth service.

Requirements & Skills

-Matric (Grade 12).
-Minimum 1 year experience as a banqueting or buffet waiter.
-Ability to communicate effectively in English.
-Hospitality qualification is advantageous.
-Well-presented with a professional appearance.
-Strong communication and customer service skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
