Overview

Clicks is looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals to provide excellent customer service, process sales accurately, replenish stock and maintain high merchandising standards. Successful candidates will help create a positive shopping experience while supporting daily store operations.

Responsibilities

-Assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

-Operate the Point of Sale (POS) accurately and efficiently.

-Receive and process customer payments.

-Promote Clicks ClubCard membership and current promotions.

-Replenish shelves and merchandise products according to company standards.

-Ensure shelves are neat, clean and fully stocked.

-Maintain good housekeeping throughout the store.

-Keep up to date with products, promotions and store events.

-Handle cash safely and follow company cash-handling procedures.

-Support overall store operations to achieve sales and service targets.

Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic numeracy and computer literacy.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Good planning and organisational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
