Position: Regulatory Affairs Administration Clerk
Location: Francistown, Botswana

Job Overview:

Cospharm is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Regulatory Affairs Administration Clerk. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient management of regulatory documents and processes, maintaining compliance with relevant guidelines and timelines.


Key Responsibilities:

-Maintain a well-organized physical and electronic filing system for all regulatory documents, including licenses, registrations, permits, and correspondence.

-Keep the Regulatory Database up-to-date and accurate.

-Ensure timely filing and retrieval of regulatory documents as required.

-Track and manage expiration dates of regulatory documents, such as registration certificates and product re-registrations.

-Support the regulatory team by tracking submissions to the BOMRA and other relevant authorities, ensuring adherence to deadlines.

-Monitor the progress of regulatory submissions and liaise with regulatory authorities to follow up on outstanding applications past BOMRA timelines.


Qualifications and Experience:

-Certificate or Diploma in Library Information Science or Administration.

-At least 2 years of experience in document management, archiving, or administrative roles.

-High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

-Excellent time management and organizational skills.

-Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

-Knowledge of pharmaceutical guidelines and regulations is an added advantage.
