Key Duties

The successful candidates will assist with food preparation and kitchen operations, including:

-Hygienic preparation (washing, cutting and cooking) and serving of food

-Preparing and serving tea, coffee and beverages

-Supplying water on dining tables

-Cleaning kitchen, dining hall and food storage areas

-Removing kitchen waste

-Packing food supplies in storage areas

-Washing dishes and cleaning after meals

-Setting tables (including decoration) and waiting on tables

-Ensuring only authorized personnel access the kitchen and consume meals

-Reporting equipment defects or shortages

-Maintaining high hygiene and safety standards at all times
