The Department of Employment and Labour is looking for 4 Client Service Officers to provide employment counselling, labour centre support and client service to job seekers across Free State Labour Centres.

Salary

R280 278 per annum

Centres

• Bethlehem (1)
• Kroonstad (1)
• Phuthaditjhaba (1)
• Zastron (1)

Responsibilities

-Register work seekers.

-Provide employment counselling.

-Refer work seekers to employment opportunities.

-Support advocacy sessions.

-Deliver employment services.

-Handle enquiries.

-Perform administrative duties.

Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Knowledge of labour legislation.
• Good communication skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
