About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you will represent the G-Star brand by delivering outstanding customer service, achieving sales targets and creating an exceptional shopping experience.
You will assist customers in selecting premium fashion products, maintain excellent store presentation and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
-Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the G-Star brand professionally.
-Build strong relationships with customers.
-Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
-Achieve and exceed sales targets.
-Sell a wide range of premium fashion products.
-Stay informed about the latest fashion trends.
-Identify opportunities to generate additional sales.
-Replenish stock and maintain attractive merchandise displays.
-Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store objectives.
-Be available to work flexible retail hours based on business needs.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- A minimum of 1 year’s retail sales experience.
Advantageous:
- Experience in the hospitality industry.
