About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you will represent the Markham brand by delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales and ensuring customers enjoy an exceptional shopping experience.
You will assist customers in finding the right products, keep up to date with the latest fashion trends and help maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing store.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
-Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the Markham brand professionally.
-Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs.
-Build strong customer relationships and encourage customer loyalty.
-Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
-Identify opportunities to generate new sales.
-Keep up to date with the latest fashion and lifestyle trends.
-Replenish stock to ensure the store is always ready for customers.
-Maintain attractive product displays and store presentation.
-Support daily store operations as required.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Grade 12 (Matric).
