Overview
Nurture Health Group is recruiting 3 General Workers to support daily hospital operations across multiple facilities. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and organised healthcare environment while assisting teams with essential operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
– Perform daily duties according to hospital routines and instructions
– Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
– Assist with general cleaning, maintenance, and operational support
– Transport equipment, items, or patients when required
– Report any risks, faults, or maintenance issues promptly
– Work closely with nursing and operational teams
– Follow all health, safety, and infection control procedures
Requirements & Skills
- Valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP)
- Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare environment (advantageous)
- Basic understanding of health and safety procedures
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to daily tasks
- Own transport is required
- Physically fit and able to perform manual duties
