Overview
King Price Group is inviting applications for its 12-month Insurance Agent Learnership. This opportunity is designed for unemployed South African youth who want to build a career in the insurance and financial services industry while gaining valuable workplace experience.
Learners will receive structured on-the-job training, mentorship from experienced professionals, and a monthly stipend while developing practical administrative, customer service, and insurance-related skills.
Key Responsibilities
– Assist with collecting and organising documents.
– Capture and update information on internal systems.
– Complete allocated tasks accurately and within deadlines.
– Provide general administrative support to the business.
– Maintain accurate records and documentation.
– Uphold company values and ensure customers are treated fairly.
– Participate fully in all workplace training and learning activities.
– Develop professional skills through mentorship and practical work experience.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- South African citizen.
- Aged between 18 and 35 years.
- Unemployed.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Interest in the insurance and financial services industry.
- Willingness to complete the full 12-month learnership programme.
- Must not have participated in more than one INSETA-funded programme within the previous 12 months.
