About the Role
The Kiosk Assistant is responsible for ensuring the efficient processing of parcels while providing professional and friendly customer service.
The successful candidate will assist customers, process incoming and outgoing parcels, resolve queries and ensure that transactions are handled accurately and according to company procedures.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants should have:
- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent.
- 1โ2 years’ experience in a customer service or retail environment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities.
- Computer literacy, including MS Office and operational systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in the courier or logistics industry will be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
The successful candidate will:
