Overview

VKB Group is looking for a motivated Learner Branch Marketer to join the VKB Retail team in Bethlehem.

The successful candidate will assist with product marketing, customer service, merchandising, stock control, and maintaining strong client relationships within the retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

– Market and promote products to customers.
– Assist customers with enquiries and product information.
– Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure product availability.
– Merchandise and replenish stock when required.
– Maintain a clean and organised working environment.
– Handle customer queries and resolve problems within the approved scope.
– Support daily retail and operational activities.

Requirements & Skills

-Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 qualification.
-Experience in a related field will be advantageous.
-Good communication and customer service skills.
-Strong organisational and planning abilities.
-Ability to work effectively within a team.
-Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
-Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
-Attention to detail and accuracy.
-Clear criminal record.
